An investment in HSEC Lux (or the “Sub-Fund”) contains a high degree of risk and is only suitable for prospective investors who have sufficient knowledge, experience and/or access to professional advisers.
This is not an exhaustive list of risks associated with the Sub-Fund:

- Actual events or results or actual performance of the Sub-Fund may differ materially from those reflected or contemplated in forward-looking statements. As a result, investors should not rely on such forward-looking statements in making their investment decisions.
- The scenarios presented are an estimate of future performance based on evidence from the past on how the value of this investment varies, and/or current market conditions and are not an exact indicator. What you will get will vary depending on how the market performs and how long you keep the investment/product.

- If you make a decision to invest, you will be buying shares in the Sub-Fund and will not be investing directly in the underlying assets of the Sub-Fund.
- Capital is at risk.
- Risk management does not remove risks or prevent losses.
- The Sub-Fund may be subject to fees, which may be substantial and will impact the returns of the Sub-Fund. All fees may be subject to currency fluctuations.
- The use of leverage increases risks, such that a relatively small movement in the value of an investment may result in a disproportionately large movement, unfavourable as well as favourable, in the value of that investment and, in turn, the value of the Sub-Fund and its returns.
