Raymond Ahn joined HarbourVest in 2025 to lead the firm’s global marketing and brand strategy for all client segments and general partners (GPs). Ray joins HarbourVest with a broad set of global asset management experience in both the institutional and wealth markets.
Prior to joining HarbourVest, Ray served as CMO of PGIM Investments, the wealth division of PGIM, the investment management business of Prudential Financial, where he established a global brand, expanded the marketing team, and scaled marketing operations across markets.
Prior to joining PGIM Investments, Ray held senior marketing and communications roles at firms including American Funds/Capital Group, ProShares, T. Rowe Price, and BlackRock. Ray graduated with a BS in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University.
