Jordana Mirel joined HarbourVest in 2022 and oversees HarbourVest University with focus on various training functions across the firm, which include on broad-based learning initiatives, firm and industry curriculum, leadership development skills, employee competency development.
Jordana joined the Firm from Eaton Vance where she had been employed for 17 years as a vice president, director of learning and development.
Jordana received a BA in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and previously held her FINRA brokers licenses.
