Kyle Dowd joined HarbourVest in 2014 and focuses on analyzing, structuring, and monitoring secondary private equity opportunities, including traditional and complex transactions.

Kyle joined the Firm from Wells Fargo Securities, where he was an analyst in the Energy Investment Banking Group focusing on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions in the oil and natural gas sectors.

Kyle received a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2012.
